After lengthy negotiations with Pure Gym, we managed to agree a new lease with a surrender of the car park and the first-floor space in return for £1.2m fit-out which included underpinning and extensive acoustic works to the gym. The completed scheme delivered 13 x high quality apartments, including the creation of a show home in one of the apartments, working extensively with local agents on the sale of all units.

Barratt / David Wilson Homes have recently bought an adjoining site – the old Rolls Royce factory – for 120 x homes.
