With over 30 years of experience in property development, Rajinder oversees the commercial aspects of Ace Capital Management, appraising development opportunities and leading acquisitions, disposals, and the deal structuring process. Rajinder’s financial insight, vision, and in-depth knowledge of construction, costing, and the development practice allow Ace Capital Management to acquire outstanding development opportunities, optimise deal structures, and maximise investor returns.
James Edgecombe
James supervises the development process from procurement through to construction and handover, ensuring that each project is completed on time, on budget, and with a keen eye on design and quality. With many years of first-hand experience, navigating the build process and avoiding common pitfalls through careful planning and coordination has been key to successful projects. James’ focus is on attention to detail and the management of the various consultants, designers, and site teams involved.
